Saka To Return In Arsenal’s Champions League Last 16

Bukayo Saka, an Arsenal forward, is anticipated to return on March 4 or 5 for the Gunners’ Round of 16 Champions League first leg, or on March 9 for their trip to Manchester United.

Saka has been sidelined since undergoing surgery in December to repair his torn hamstring, but he is speeding up his recuperation in hopes of making a comeback.

Saka is expected to be ready to return in March, which would help Arsenal’s efforts to challenge Liverpool for the Premier League championship and advance further in the Champions League.

After being spotted using crutches at the Emirates Stadium less than a month ago, Saka is now in Dubai with the Arsenal team and is continuing his rehabilitation there.

Arsenal shared images of Saka smiling while working in the gym on Monday, writing, “Stepping up that rehab.”
Saka wants to return at the beginning of March, according to new claims that surfaced over the weekend.

Saka is reportedly aiming for an Arsenal comeback for their March 4 or 5 Champions League last 16 first leg or their March 9 trip to Manchester United.

On December 21, the 23-year-old suffered a right hamstring injury at Crystal Palace. Mikel Arteta stated that Saka will be out for “more than two months” following surgery.

In a parallel move, Ben White has intensified his training since rejoining Arsenal in hopes of making a comeback against Leicester on Saturday.

Since having a minor knee operation in November, White has not played for Arsenal.
However, the right-back has participated in team training in Dubai, where the Gunners are spending six days resting before the Premier League title run-in begins.

Mikel Arteta has been aiming to play for White again against Leicester, and Arsenal would greatly benefit from his availability.

Although Jurrien Timber has performed admirably at right-back, he has started 18 of Arsenal’s 21 games since White last played on November 10 against Chelsea.

As the season enters a pivotal phase, Arteta would benefit from having more defensive options.
Arsenal will play West Ham and Nottingham Forest in February before the first leg of their Champions League last-16 match at the beginning of March, following their trip to Leicester this weekend.

At the beginning of next month, the Gunners, who trail leaders Liverpool by six points, also play Manchester United and Chelsea.

Although Gabriel Martinelli has joined the Arsenal team in Dubai, he is expected to miss more than a month of action due to a hamstring injury sustained last week against Newcastle, according to reports.
After suffering a hamstring injury, Arsenal hopes that Bukayo Saka will be able to return in March.
