The story ASA KINGDOM shows to another kingdom that was stranded, and they lend their land to them or them to stay for so many years.

The story start with Ebum family members sitting surrounding a burning fire and discussing about the unfolding state of Asa Kingdom. Utom Ebum’s first son was scared and asked his father when they are parking to the mountain top. His father answered him that they are not going anywhere, that there is a future and hope awaiting the land. Uko Ebum’s second son asked his father what is really the cause of the sudden change in the land? His father told him that is all began when minstrels wandered from countries afar to settle in their land. As a people with godly love, they accepted them in good faith.

Furthermore, the Linkusi Community gathered to discussed what they will do to get out of the whole messed. Imono, the head of Linkusi ethnic group. Gathered some of his cabinet member telling them, that the Asa Kingdom have conspired against them and what they should do. Then, Imono also directed the Linkusi youth to cease every activity till they reach out to Asa Kingdom authority for further actions. Asa kingdom youth also mobilized themselves, preparing for the unknown war. The youth went to the king’s palace to know what is the king’s suggestion about what is happening in the kingdom. But the chief mandated Uto to address the youth on behalf of him. Uto addressed the Asa kingdom youth that the king is working to solve the problem and also that is will be over in 24 hours. Then, the youth left.

Thereafter, the king of Asa Kingdom meets with his cabinets, which includes, Asuma (Asa King), Uto (head of Otu family), Emefon (head of Imo family), Okomo (head of Ibritam family), Nduwe (head of Ukan family), Simon (Asa Kingdom youth leader). The king of Asa Kingdom met with his cabinets members to discuss on what to do about the crisis engulfing the kingdom. The king was a man of peace and love. So he did not want anything that will bring war between the two ethnic groups. He also prayed for the safety of the kingdom. They sent to  called the Linkusi’s community members that by 12.00 noon on Asa love day for a meeting in the king’s palace and also they should not exceed five. The meeting ends.

On Asa love day, the Asa council of chiefs and the Linkusi met at the king’s palace, for the meeting. King Asuma addressed the audience and stated the reason for the meeting and asked them to give their own suggestion, on how to bring back peace and love in the kingdom. The Linkusi’s said that they have been in the kingdom for so long without their freedom, that they need their freedom as a kingdom. After all this, King Imono asked King Asuma to speak and deny if he has not conspired against the people of Linkusi Kingdom and their right. Asa Kingdom chiefs were shocked at their comment. In a common sense, the Linkusi point at Asa Kingdom as conspirators. Sam, the youth leader end the meeting halfway when he made this statement thus; “We will not proceed no further with this meeting, there is irregular movement on the lips of our lords. (Actz.sc.1 page 38). And he pronounce that they will take the next option, which is war, in the presence of the king. Imono asked him to hold his peace and then asked the elders to stand up for them to leave. This makes Asa kingdom chiefs so angry.

Furthermore, king Asuma sat in his palace thinking of what to do so as to bring peace in his kingdom. He heard that Sam has mobilized the youth against the kingdom. There was a meeting held at chief Imono’s house to discuss what will happen next. Sam the youth leader, who was desperate in fighting the Asa Kingdom to gain peace. He came into chief Imono’s house and give his point of view about war, but the elders and the women leader wash their hands out of it, which made them innocent. With anger he left to do what he always wanted. He mobilized the youth and they started killing and kidnapping and also caused pain in the land. His action made the king very angry and stood up for vengeance.

Finally, King Asuma prayed and the gods acted immediately and those consent were troubled. The unfortunate happening include; pot of water filled with blood, failing health, and their farmland flowing with water, which made their crops rotten. They finally realized their mistakes and everybody forgave them. They conduct a feast of reconciliation and feast of reconciliation to show peace and unity.

In summary, the community who lend their land to the needy was in pains while those on the side of truth rejoice at last.
