ABSTRACT The aim of this study to investigate the effects of church location on residential property values with particular reference to Abak/IKot Ekpene Road in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. Questionnaire was used to collect data from 448 respondents who lived around the church locations. GPS was also used to collect data on distance between church location and residential properties.
