AMASCOS – AKWAPOLY INAUGURATE NEW EXECUTIVES.

The association of Mass Communication Students, Akwa Ibom States Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua has held her congress at the ETF 2 Block.

The congress which was organized by the AMASCOS president, Comr. Charles Monday on Friday 9^th July, 2021 featured the inauguration of New Executives I print and Broadcast and AMASCOS executives.

Comr. Charles in his remark changed the newly inaugurated members to be zealous in their various officers by discharging their duties effectively.

Furthermore, he urged the entire students to pay their dues and also participates in the upcoming departmental week.

Also speaking, the Head of Department, Mass Communication, Mr. Unwana Charles tasked the student to be focus in their studies, be of good morals and learn to dispatch information appropriately.

SUG – AKWAPOLY GET NEW EXECUTIVES

New set of officers to pilot the affairs of the students Union Government (SUG) Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua have been elected and inaugurated.

The election which took place on Friday July 9^th , 2021 at the Assembly Hall, Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua was conducted by the electoral committee set up by management of the institution.

Speaking during the inauguration the newly elected president, Comr. Emmanuel Nkwo who defeated Comr. Matthew Itoro appreciated management of the institution as well as his supporters for finding him fit to handle the affairs of the Union and promised to discharge his duty effectively.

Nkwo thanked the past administration for maintaining peace, unity, togetherness amongst members and solicit for more co-operation to enable him achieve his agenda within his stay in office as the president.
